- What happens to my printed codes if I downgrade?
- They keep working. You just can’t create new codes past your plan’s limit, and older scan history is hidden until you upgrade again.
- Can I change where a code points after printing?
- Yes, on every plan, as often as you like. That’s the point of Linkray.
- How do I cancel?
- From Billing in your dashboard. You keep your plan until the end of the period you’ve paid for.
