Linkray for Products
A code for every
unit you make.
Give each record, bottle or garment its own QR code. Generate thousands per batch, send them to your printer, and see where every single unit ends up.
Start with a €650 pilot on one product. Priced by units, never by scans.
Why unit-level codes
One code per product tells you it was scanned.
One per unit tells you which one, and where.
- 1 code
- per physical item, each one unique and traceable on its own
- 100k units
- in a single batch, generated in the background in minutes
- 0 reprints
- when the page behind a product changes after it has shipped
How it works
Product, batch, unit.
Codes are organised the way you already make things, so a print run in the factory is a batch in Linkray.
- Step 01
Set up a product
One product family per item you sell. Give it a destination, and an optional GTIN for Digital Product Passport links.
- Step 02
Generate a batch
Pick how many units this production run needs. Every unit gets a random code and a readable serial like NRD-0412-000021.
- Step 03
Print and track
Send the CSV or label sheets to your printer. From the first scan you see each unit, batch and product on its own.
What’s included
Built for print runs, not posters.
Bulk unique codes
12-character codes that can’t be guessed, with serials that follow your own prefix and batch numbering.
Print-ready exports
CSV for variable-data printing, PDF label sheets in the size you choose, or a ZIP with an SVG per unit.
Production-line API
Let your printer or packing line claim the next unused codes as it runs, so no code is printed twice.
One link per product
Change a product’s destination and every unit already out there follows. Fill in serial or batch per unit.
Ready for Digital Product Passports
Add a GTIN and units also get GS1 Digital Link URLs, the format EU product passports and retail scanners read.
Void and trace
Switch off a single unit, a range or a whole batch. History is never deleted, so every scan stays on record.
Analytics per unit
Know where your
products end up.
See how much of each batch has been scanned, which countries and cities your units reach, and the full scan history of any single item. IP addresses are never stored.

Questions
Good to know.
- How is this different from Linkray QR?
- Linkray QR gives you a handful of codes you place by hand. Linkray for Products gives every item its own code, grouped into products and production batches, with exports for printers and analytics per unit.
- Can I use it alongside Linkray QR?
- Yes. Both live in the same account, behind the same login, so your menu codes and your product codes sit side by side.
- Do the codes work without an app?
- Yes. Any phone camera opens them, like any other QR code. No app, no account for the person scanning.
- What does it cost per scan?
- Nothing. Plans are priced by units printed a year, never by scans, so a popular product never costs you more.
- What about NFC tags?
- Products launch with QR. NFC tags for tamper-proof authenticity are on the roadmap, and units are built so they can carry a tag later.
