- What is a dynamic QR code?
- A QR code that opens a short Linkray link instead of the final address. You choose where that link goes and can change it whenever you like, so the printed code keeps working when your menu, page or offer changes.
- Can I change where my QR code points after printing it?
- Yes, on every plan, including Free, as often as you like. The printed code stays the same; only the destination changes.
- Do Linkray QR codes expire?
- No. Codes keep working as long as they are active in your account, even if you move to a smaller plan.
- What does Linkray QR cost?
- Free for 3 codes with 7 days of scan history. Paid plans add more codes, longer history and custom colors. Prices are on the pricing page and exclude VAT.
- What do the scan analytics show?
- Scans over time, by country, city, device, operating system, browser and referrer, plus unique visitors. Unique visitors are counted without storing IP addresses.
- Which file formats can I download?
- PNG for screens and quick prints, and SVG for print shops and designers, since it scales to any size without losing sharpness.
- Where is my data stored?
- In the EU. Linkray is built and hosted in Europe, and scan data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy and Data Policy.
